Monetary Donations
The success of our organization depends on the contributions of donors like you. We accept both financial and food donations. The Mount Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry buys almost 90% of our food from the Food Bank for Westchester where price subsidies give us strong buying power. For every $1 we receive, we can purchase $4 worth of food through the Food Bank.

Food Donations

We welcome donations of non-perishable items. For a list of our most needed items, please check the orange box on our home page. Please note the expiration date on all food items as we cannot accept food past the expiration date. Donations of ten bags of non-perishable groceries or less may be left in the blue bins located in the hallway next to the Pantry entrance. For larger donations, please see Volunteer Opportunities –Host a Food Drive.

Donations of perishable items must meet certain requirements. There must be sufficient quantity for each of our approximately 240 households per distribution. The item must be fresh for our Tuesday night and Wednesday morning distributions. If you have perishables to donate, please contact Roberta Horowitz at 914-610-5187.
